We build systems designed to meet the technical controls those regulations require, including data residency, audit logging, encryption standards and access control. Regulatory interpretation stays with your compliance function and legal advisors. We implement against the requirements they confirm, and we will not claim a system is certified when it has not been assessed.
We integrate with payment infrastructure through its published API specifications, including local Pakistani rails and Gulf equivalents. What we commit to before seeing scope is integration against a documented specification. What any specific rail requires in terms of your own licensing and certification is a question for the scheme operator, not for us.
The hard part is feature freshness, not the model. Velocity features such as how many transactions came from this device, merchant or IP in the last sixty seconds need a streaming computation layer holding continuous state. We have built this with Apache Flink at sub-100ms latency, where the catch rate improved because features got fresher, not because the model changed.
Card data is kept out of your systems wherever possible by using tokenisation and a certified payment provider, which dramatically reduces PCI scope. Where data must stay in country, we deploy to in-country infrastructure or on-premise. Both decisions are made at architecture stage, because retrofitting either is expensive.
