JugnuSys ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use jugnusys.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment information through this Site.

Technical data:We automatically collect standard web server logs and analytics data, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites, and — only where you have given consent — Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager. Vercel processes data in accordance with Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Cookies: We set no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. See Cookies and Consent below for the detail, and for how to change your choice at any time.

2. Cookies and Consent

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. We group them into three categories:

Strictly necessary.Required for the Site to function and stay secure. This includes the record of your own cookie choice, which we keep in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. These are always active and do not require your consent.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they leave, so we can improve the Site. These are set only after you accept them.
Marketing. Reserved for advertising and campaign measurement. We do not currently run advertising, so no marketing cookies are set today. The category exists so your choice is already on record if that changes.

Consent Mode.Google's tags load on this Site in a default state where analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are all denied. Nothing is written to your device and no advertising identifiers are created until you choose to accept. If you decline, Google receives at most an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed.

Changing your mind. Your choice is stored in your browser and remembered for future visits, and we will ask again after twelve months. You can change or withdraw it at any time using , or by clearing your browser's site data for this site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are provided by Google Ireland Limited and process data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Google Analytics is configured with Google Signals and advertising features disabled, and with a 14-month data retention limit.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
To improve the content and functionality of our Site.
To understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate (no individual profiling).
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

If you are in the UK or the EEA, we rely on the following legal bases:

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with the applicable ePrivacy rules on storing information on your device): for analytics and marketing cookies and the data Google Analytics collects through them. You may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): for server logs, cookie-free aggregate traffic measurement, and keeping the Site secure and available.
Legitimate interests and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)): for responding to enquiries you send through the contact form.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for up to 24 months thereafter for business record purposes, unless you request earlier deletion. Google Analytics event-level data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. The record of your cookie choice stays in your browser for up to twelve months, after which we ask again.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our contact form is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site uses Vercel for hosting and cookie-free analytics. Our email service uses Gmail SMTP for processing contact form submissions. Where you have consented to analytics cookies, we also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited. These services have their own privacy policies and data processing agreements in place.

9. International Transfers

Some of the services we use process data on infrastructure located outside Pakistan, the UK and the EEA. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or the EEA, that transfer relies on the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses and the supplementary measures described in their own documentation.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
